Hello, 

 

 

I am seeking resources and support for a local blind man. This individual
was an accomplished cane user until ongoing medical issues necessitated the
use of a wheelchair. He is wondering if it is feasible to safely use the
long white cane in conjunction with a wheelchair. 

 

If you are totally blind  and use the long white cane in conjunction with a
wheelchair  and you are willing to provide some resources and possibly
