Several courts have held that Title III of the ADA, which applies to public
accommodations, are applicable to Indian gaming casinos.  Congress has the
power to regulate Indian lands notwithstanding the controversy of that
statement.  Most tribes continue to object to the application out of
principle.

while I'm not familiar with this hotel other than by name it is important to
remember that if it is a casino/hotel sponsored by one of the native
American tribes on a reservation these facilities are not covered under the
ADA or other legislation as the tribes are sovereign nations. The
accommodations that are provided are usually done on a voluntary basis and
California laws regarding ADA coverage and discrimination might not apply.
