Hi,
Yes I called them. The guy I spoke to had all kinds of suggestions that didn't work.
He wasn't familiar with VoiceOver or Jaws. Bummer.

Call the Apple Helpdesk for persons w/ disabilities. 

I thought the problem had been resolved. I do know that according to the Apple Helpdesk person they were getting slammed with calls. At the time he asked me to post a request for folks not to call and that the tech folks would get to it. Because he clearly communicated the tech would eventually fix the problem I did not post his request at that time. It appears as though the high level of calls has resolved or mostly resolved this issues.

I remembered my third question:

3:A while back people were having trouble with Siri looking up locations instead of phone numbers in Contacts, etc. Well, someone said it was a west coast issue. It has not resolved for me and it is annoying. How do I get Siri to call numbers in my Contacts like she used to and not always want to look up locations?
