[Nfbc-info] meowy Christmas

Hi,

I've been in the hospital again-yes, again! I've only been there five times
now since I moved here. This time it was my right leg wanting to take turns.
Cellulitis. We haven't figured out how to keep it from coming back. I wear
compression garments for the swelling which we are hoping will eventually
slow down or stop the problem. I needed I.V. antibiotics. All of this stuff
so reminds me of my Jim. I didn't realize then that some of what he went
through, I would too someday.

I am home as of this afternoon. The kitties shunned me for about half an
hour; it was like I walked into a catless room. Then they sniffed me and got
back to their usual selves.

I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas, and a Meowy Christmas and Happy
Mew year. I'd wish the Oregon folks the same but they don't have a talk list
like CA and WA do. But if there are any Oregonians on either of these lists,
my wishes go out to you, too.

I will most likely spend Christmas here with others who are going to be here
so I can cheer them up. That seems to be something I do.

Thanks,

Lauren

Blessings in Jesus' name. "But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each
morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my
refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress."

   --Psalm 59:16, NLT

Advice from my cats:"meow when you feel like it."
