Hello All:

If you, or someone you know, cannot get to a regularly scheduled chapter
meeting in your area, we have an alternative for you.  Every month, the At
Large Chapter meets via telephone conference call.  All are invited.  The
purpose of the call is to give those who do not have an opportunity to
attend in person meetings to be able to participate and keep up on current
issues.  If you know of a blind person or a parent of a blind child who can
benefit from the support of the National Federation of the Blind, please
