    many people especially those using older versions of JAWS have had 
problems on the web site. Even under the best of conditions the 
Whitehouse.gov web site has accessibility issues to overcome.

I ran into issues trying to complete the petition using my laptop so used to 
my iPhone and I hear the message for click on the button but nothing happens 
when I do as anybody else he is there I found technology to complete this 
petition?
