Hello All,

Have you always wanted to attend a National Federation of the Blind annual
convention but have not done so because of the lack of funds? The National
Federation of the Blind of California (NFBC) Board of Directors invites you
to apply for the 2016 Wilbur Radcliff Grant.  Perhaps this July you too can
be in the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando, Florida, enjoying the many
pleasures and learning opportunities at the largest and most important
yearly convention of blind people in the world.

The NFBC board of directors will be selecting 10 recipients to attend this
years national convention in Orlando Florida.  Don't miss out on this
opportunity.  The deadline to apply for the grant is May 15th, 2016.
