Dear NFBC Friends,
It is with great sadness that I inform you that on November 10 Greg 
Phelps passed away.  He served in the Marines and worked for the Iowa 
Commission of the Blind under the leadership of Kenneth Jernigan.  Greg 
and his wife Keiko have been a part of the NFB for several years, 
serving in local chapters in the San Diego area.  He will be greatly 
missed.  Please keep Keiko in your thoughts and prayers.
