Hi Lisa,
Are you using an iPhone with VoiceOver? If so, after you navigate to the
Selecting Your Chapter pop up button and double tap it, you'll want to
swipe up with one finger from the bottom of the screen and then you should
be able to move through the list of chapters. Same with the agenda format
popup.
Please let me know if you are using a different device/accessible
technology combo.
