Hello, Everyone:

I hope you are all getting excited for convention! Only eleven 
days to go!

This year, Rochelle Houston and I will be in charge of the 
Banquet Exchange for the California Affiliate.  All California 
chapter and division presidents should collect banquet tickets 
from their chapter members, being sure to include the following 
on the backs of each ticket:

Name of ticket holder.
Name of chapter.
Any dietary needs-vegan, kosher, gluten-free, etc.
Names of people with whom ticket holder would like to sit.  
(Remember: this is a great opportunity to network and mingle with 
other chapter members from our affiliate, so I encourage you to 
be open to sitting with others outside your chapters.)

Rochelle and I will be collect tickets on Monday, July 8.  You 
may either bring them to the California Table at the Exhibit Hall 
(Islander Ballroom) between 1 PM and 3 PM, or find us at the Mock 
Trial (South Pacific Ballroom) between 4:15 PM and 5:45 PM.  Feel 
free to call or text if you have trouble finding us.  Also, if 
you are not arriving until later in the convention, please let us 
know.
