Hi,

Several people have not responded yet.  I just want to make sure I did not
miss an email or text message.

 

Please make sure your name is on this list for attending our San Fernando
Valley Holiday Party!

If you are able to attend please let me know by Wednesday night, November

Our Holiday Party will be held on December 2 at 5 p.m.

It will be held at:

Ernie's Mexican Restaurant

4410 Lankershim Blvd.

North Hollywood, 91602 

(Cross Street is Moorpark)

 

The total cost of your meal, soft beverage, tip, and tax will be $31.88 per
person.  We will all be receiving separate checks so you may pay with cash,
debit or credit card.

 

The banquet menu comes with an appetizer sampler and you may choose one of
three of the main dishes.  You will make your choice that day when the
waitress takes your order.  All dinners will include a soft beverage.  

 

You may order a cocktail from the waitress for an additional charge.

 

Sampler Appetizer plate: 

Cheese quesadillas, flautas (chicken and potato), and fried chicken wings
(from our secret menu) 

 

For your main dish you will have three options) which are: 

 

First choice:  2 item combination 

Guests will choose two items from the following list. 

Plate includes refried beans and Mexican rice. 

-taco (beef, chicken, or potato) 

-Chile relleno 

-enchilada (beef, chicken, or cheese) 

 

Second choice: 

Fajitas (Beef, chicken, or vegetarian) 

Tender strips of marinated chicken or beef, grilled with bell pepper, onion,
and tomato. Served 

with Mexican rice, refried beans, and corn tortillas. Vegetarian fajitas
comes with squash. 

(Not served in skillet) 

 

Third choice: 

Skylab Burrito 

A giant sized flour tortilla, filled with your choice of chile con carne
(beef), or shredded 

chicken, and layered with refried beans, Mexican rice, shredded lettuce,
tomato, green onion, 

and topped with our mild red sauce (beef), or ranchera sauce (chicken.)
Comes with a side of 

sour cream. 

 

Soft Drinks: 

Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Iced Tea

attending by November 29, Wednesday.  So, please email back on this list or
