[NFBC-SFV] Membership Contact Initiative

Dear Chapter Members;

In behalf of the Board  of the NFB of California,our Chapter President
Robert Stigile would like to request all of the San Fernando Valley Chapter
members and supporting members to please fill out the attachment that was
sent by Michelle Korosy, Admin to the President. This attachment is to
compile a list of all Chapter division members.

Each Chapter and Division President will now begin inserting membership data
for the Membership contact Initiative Format which was requested by our new
State President Mr. Tim Elder.

We may be in touch with you to ensure we are capturing this information by
January 13th deadline.
