> Pro tip: consider using oil other than lavender so that your disinfectant spray stands out :)

> Directions:
> Add all to spray bottle.

> You will need:
> 1 roll paper towel,
> 1 tablespoon bleach
> If you do not want to use bleach, use a different disinfectant cleaner, such as Mr. Clean, Pine-sol, Lysol, but make sure it is a disinfectant.  Vinegar and baking soda are not disinfectants.
> 2 Cups water
> Serrated edge kitchen knife
> 
> Directions:
> cut paper towels in half with serrated edge kitchen knife.
> Mix 1 tablespoon bleach  to 2 cups water
> Place each side of paper towel roll into a air tight container.  If you are using a tall container, it can be used as a dispenser.  If flat container, make sure lid is sealed after each use. 
> Pull out cardboard center and discard.
> Pour water solution over  the paper towels and leave to absorb.

> Sugar scrub
> You will need:
> 1/2 granulated sugar
> 1/2 Cup coconut oil
> 10-12 drops essential oil if your choice 
> (Peppermint, lemon, orange, lavender, or any of your choice

> Be creative with oils
