    Hey, Keith,
That’s unfortunate, but lucky for you you’re not there.  My mom and a couple of my siblings live near Austin and thankfully they weren’t affected by any power outages. So they’re nice and warm, although my sister’s pipes froze  my mom meanwhile, lives in the next house over and she’s all good.
Hopefully it all starts to thaw out today.
