I too was able to place an order fairly quickly. The website is accessible for screen reader users as well and for those who do not have access to a computer, there is a phone number that one can call. The number is: 800-232-0233.

Thank you for letting us know.

I am not certain that it is necessary for the use of Aira to order your kits. I just clicked on the link and it took me to the website to fill out the information it took maybe a minute and I was done and my order had been submitted.
