[nfbcs] how do you use internet relay chat? Do you have to download anything in order to use it?

Good morning,

I didn't originally notice this message, perhaps the subject line thing.

I use JAWS 10, Firefox 3.0.7 and the Firefox Chatzilla extension (IRC  
client) to access IRC.

In short, you do need a client and on Windows Chatzilla is by far the  
most accessible, IMO.
