[nfbcs] Project Collaboration Tools

Hello all,

Would anyone have any suggestions for online project collaboration tools?
I'm looking for an accessible  system that would allow for shared calendars,
task lists  and file sharing.  BaseCamp may do what I need.  Collanos is
free and would be great if it were accessible.  I would like to be able to
use Drupal, but I wonder if I can configure Drupal to make Word files and
spreadsheets available to only specific users.  In this case, would I merely
upload my documents to my server and then make the page containing the
hyperlink to these materials available only to specific people?

At any rate, any ideas would be very much appreciated.  Thank you in
