[nfbcs] Getting access to BIOS settings

Hello:

     I just looked at the site for the PC Weasel. This card reminds me of 
the Speekwellizer that Dr. Cranmer created. I observe that it is open 
source, so I wonder if modifying it to make it easier to use is an option.
