Wow... I was going to say that if you have never seen this before you're
really lucky. I guess if you never modify the hardware on your PC it won't
happen. But I modify the hardware on my machines all the time. I put in a CD
burner and had to re-activate. I added RAM and had to reactivate. I swapped
out the video card and had to reactivate. It's a royal pain.
I believe they switched to the on-line activation scheme for jaws 6.0. So
that was some time ago. I'm going to say I've had to reactivate around 20
times.
