[nfbcs] Microsoft Office 2003 on Vista/7

It is possible to use 2003 with Vista or Windows 7 but with Office 2010 
coming soon, I would be concerned about how long documents would be 
compatible.  On the other hand, it might work to use 2003 until 2010 
officially comes out.  To use 2007 files you need to download the file 
converters from the web.  You can do that easily when you get an Office 2007
