[nfbcs] Windows Live

I see something on my husband's PC called Windows Live Essentials, and
some other Windows Live Assistant..
When I was trying to send an email from his Outlook Express account,
something called Windows Live came up and tried to "help" me.  I hate when
Windows does that.  If I remove everything called "Windows Live", will
that stop it interfering with his email?  Or will it cause some other
problem?
