[nfbcs] Can MS outlook 2003 read messages automatically as I arrow up/down in the message list?

Jim:

No.  You should be able to hear all of that by cruising up and down the list
in the Inbox.  Sometimes, if particular elements of the list are truncated
you have to widen each portion, but with JAWS 11, you have this thing called
the View manager which is supposed to take care of that.

jin order to learn anything about a message (who it's from,
subject, etc) I need to open it?
