[nfbcs] $100 Computers

We got an inquiry from a customer.  Apparently the "Texas Center for 
the Visually Challenged," will provide you with a computer for 
$100.  Presumably it is a refurbished computer.  Has anyone had 
experience with these folks.  Is it for real etc.???
