I have a student that uses one of these computers. For the price, it is a good deal. They come with a demo of ZoomText and a demo of Window-Eyes. They also come with NVDA and Thunder which are free screen readers. You can request a permanent license for ZoomText. The operating system is Windows XP. Let me know if you have any more questions.
