[nfbcs] Secure Shell to Unix system & Accessibility

What ssh program are you using. I use the one in Cygwin al the time with
a braille display. To read what is on the screen I use the previous
line, next line, etc. buttons on my display. You should not have to use
either the Jaws cursor or the PC cursor.
