[nfbcs] Accessibility In the Downloadable, Software Version of Kindle?

Hi All,

I experienced the accessible Kindle over the holidays. It seems good, once
the book is on the thing. But the Internet searching to find the actual
books doesn't seem at all accessible yet. So I guess, once you get help
putting it on your kindle, it's accessible. That's what we found, anyway.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

My question is regarding the downloadable Kindle software that allows you
to read Kindle books, apparently, on your computer. Anyone know of any
access issues with it, other than possibly what I mentioned above? Here's
the notice I just read that makes me ask:

"You can now order Word Trippers as a Kindle e-book and here's the best
part: You don't even have to own a Kindle reader. Simply download Kindle
software to your computer or smart phone and start ordering Kindle e-books."

I was unaware that there was a software version for my computer and phone,
to allow me to read 'Kindled' books. Guess I need to pay more attention.
;-)

Strive On!
Everett
