[nfbcs] A useful trick

I have sometimes restarted Jaws, only to find out that the first one was
still running and was just stuck.  Ever run 2 Jaws simultaneously?  It's
funny, but confusing.  For me, the NVDA is different enough that I can
cope better with 2 voices at once until I can shut down NVDA.
