[nfbcs] A useful trick

I forgot to say that sometimes Jaws just won't restart until I've resolved
the problem with the one that was running, usually by hitting "don't send"
or, sometimes, "end program".  I've sometimes tried 2 or 3 times to
restart Jaws, with no success, until I start NVDA and close the error
windows that aren't talking to me.
