[nfbcs] A useful trick

The solution that works 99% of the time for me is to use what I call
the emergency JAWS shutdown command, Insert+Windows+F4.  You should
get a small beep from your internal PC speaker when JAWS is unloaded
by this command.  Even if you don't hear that though, try reloading
JAWS a few seconds later.
