[nfbcs] [gui-talk] IE9 Download and Recording through the soundcard in Windows 7

Hello Denise and everyone,

     Windows 98, and XP had a control area called "Windows Volume 
Control" from where changes to audio volume for various devices on your 
machine were controlled and configured. It was here where you set audio 
capture for these devices such as the what you hear/sgtereo mix options 
depending on what you wished to record. I need to know the Windows 7 
equivalent to the
