[nfbcs] [gui-talk] IE9 Download and Recording through the soundcard in Windows 7

Peter,
I don't know if this is particular to my sound card or not, but if I bring up the start menu and type in the word "Volume",
one of the options is Adjust System Volume. I also get an item that says "Show or Hide speaker icon on the Task
Bar" which might be of help.
