I like ccleaner. It is fairly accessible & will let tou customize it to do a lot of things. I think it works on any recent Windows version.

Subject: [nfbcs] Easy to use Free and Accessible pc-tune up tools

HI.
do you know of a simple, accessible pc tune up program, as my mum laptop
is slow.
and my internet is fine, not speed limited.
as able to get between 100 to 690 kbps, on where i download.
so.
apart from avg pc tune up, which has a 24 hours only trial.
and think she has used that.
i know there are crack versions on the net, but do not want to get
illegal software, and also viruses.
so, any suggestions.
that will do a similar or the same job as avg pc tune up, scan your
files, folders, and settings, and then clean them up.
let me know.
if you can help.
Marvin.
