[nfbcs] Adobe Dreamweaver

Hello,

It's a web authoring tool that is useful for putting in links, tables,
etc etc and seeing the layout displayed in front of you. You also
aren't required to know the code as it will insert it in for you. The
only bit of dreamweaver I found to be accessible was the code editor,
but that just defeats the purpose of dreamweaver, right?

Thanks.
