[nfbcs] Deleting the login screen in XP

Here is the easiest way to delete a user---just make sure you are set up as
an admin user before deleting another
Hit your start key
Hit C for control panel
Hit right arrow to administrative Tools and enter to open(you have 2 main
panes open now)
Right arrow to computer management and enter to open
Hit L to jump to Local users and groups and right arrow to open options
Down arrow to users--you need to jump to the other pane where your options
are for users so hit f6
Down arrow to the user you do not want
Hit your applications key and go to delete--once you hit that, it will
delete that user
