[nfbcs] Information on Ubuntu Orca and Braille support

Mike, check out this recent derivative of Ubuntu;
http://vinuxproject.org/. It should have all you need right out of the
box, or during testing and then installation. They've got a support
email list on Google as well.

The newest version should work OK on your old computer but if not, there
are some older versions available, even a command line version.
