[nfbcs] Security pop-up in IE8

I'm sure I've seen a checkbox somewhere to automatically accept, and thus
not see these security messages anymore, but I can't find it.  It's not
under Options/Security, and there's no checkbox when the message comes up.
I could pick a different security setting for the particular website, but
I don't know what the settings under Security mean, so don't know what to
change.
