[nfbcs] Security pop-up in IE8

[Tracy Carcione]

I found the security checkbox under Advanced, where Mike said it would be. 
I also added the website to my trusted security zone, but the message still 
comes up every time the screen changes.
My husband is using the same website, and is not having the same problem, so 
it must be something with my settings, but I'm not sure what.
