[nfbcs] Blind Guy gets New Job

The blind guy has another three years to produce, since comcast is one
of the big six cable providers required to get their cable services
accessible. In a few years, the cable box will probably be able to talk
and you'll be able to use all those on screen menus and have them talk
too and order stuff with the remote control and get verbal confirmation
of your orders for on demand video and the like. Actually though for
people who have internet packages with cable providers, it ought to be
possible to put the web pages up so subscribers once logged in could
order on demand programming using their browsers on whatever device
those browsers live. Even small cable providers like metrocast could do
that if they were interested and then work out whatever bugs might exist
in the cable boxes and tv interfaces to them at a little later date.

The deadline for all of this to hit the street is 2016, and if that
doesn't happen, Federal Government barber shop will be well and truely
open for a shave and haircut on those cable providers they don't want to
have happen.
