[nfbcs] Trouble downloading some files

Tracy,

It could be that you have Internet Explorer set up to block redirects or not allow "meta-Refresh". I think this is the default
when you install it. However, some sites use redirection in their logon processes including some bank sites. Sometimes
redirection and Meta-Refresh are used for downloads as well. To check this, go to Tools, Internet Options, and the Security tab.
Go to the Internet zone and press the Custom button. You will be on a list of options. Press "M" which will bring you to
Miscelaneous. Arrow down past Allow access Data Sources across domains and you will hear "Allow Meta Refresh". Under that you
will see two options, "Disable" and "Enable". If "Disable" is on, DOWN ARROW to "Enable" which will say "Off" and press the SPACE
BAR to turn it on. Then press OK. If we are lucky, this could be your problem. Sometimes it takes a while for these to start.
Also, after you allow the popup and go back to the DOWNLOAD link, don't press ENTER again. Check the Information bar a second
time to see if there is anything there like allowing downloads. Pressing ENTER a second time could be starting the download
sequence all over again causing you to have to approve the popup again and you may never be getting to the Download.

Finally, many sites have another link on the same page that they offer if your download doesn't start. You can look for a link
like that if nothing here works.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
