[nfbcs] Setting Up A Windows 8 PC independently

I got the following information from Microsoft for those of you who may wonder if this can be done.

On a new PC with Windows already in the box:


1.       Power on the PC.

2.       Wait roughly 15-30 seconds.

3.       Press Winkey+u. Tab to Narrator or press space when you hear it announced.

4.       This will launch Narrator

5.       Finish the setup by answering questions about PC Name, Account, Password and such.
