[nfbcs] In need of accesible C and C++ compiler

Hi,

iirc visual studio 2008 and 2010 both work with jaws, and I'd guess 2012
does too, but have never tried.  Of course you should be able to use any
of the command line compilers msvc mingw gcc and whatever else people on
windows use.
