[nfbcs] In need of accesible C and C++ compiler

Hi all,
I'm a new user in this mailing group.My name is  Rejin and i'm from
Kerala.Now I'm trying to join computer science degree program under Mahathma
Gandhi university.I'm not able to do coding and compiling of C and C++
languages because of my low vision.programming languages are the core
subjects of my studies.So i'm in need of
an accesible compiler.I practised using jaws screen reader in win7
OS.Please help me in this problem.
