[nfbcs] Trouble with IE8

Hi Blake.
Someone else suggested removing toolbars too, so I went and looked in the
add/remove programs list, and I don't see any. I think I got rid of all
those badboys a while back.
I strongly suspect my problem is being caused by the latest Jaws update, so
I'm gathering my energy to sit on the phone with FS and go back to something
earlier, which I'm also having trouble doing.
Tracy
 in the program list.
