[nfbcs] Antivirus scans

I would run full scan.

My AV program is MS Security Essentials.  I've run a quick scan a few 
times.
The first time, it found 2 trojans and wiped them, and it's been clean
since.
Is it worthwhile to run a more thorough scan than the quick one, or is the
quick scan adequate?
