[nfbcs] Android Question

Thanks guys, I appreciate your suggestions. For the most part, I've been 
happy with Android and the built-in Talkback screen reader. There are a 
few annoyances though, this one being the big one, and I don't know a 
lot of blind folks personally. I definitely don't know any who have 
Android phones. I remembered this list though, and I thought maybe 
someone here might just have had the same issue. I'll try out what you 
all suggested.
