[nfbcs] System Restore Complete

Good evening everyone,

    After some trial and errors, making a few phone calls and borrowing a pear of eyes we successfully completed the system restore on Mary's machine. Now to see what the restore did concerning applications. We'll revisit the download issue tomorrow. Thanks for everyone's help. It got us this far.
