[nfbcs] Jaws and Putty

I'm already on the Vinux support list. However, i need good braille 
support, especially for contracted braille, and I haven't found them 
too friendly. There is also the matter of accessing Windows files from 
Vinux. If those two problems were solved I could start using Vinux for 
office work.

I'm thinking of installing  MinGW on Windows.
