[nfbcs] PC's with a serial port

Hello:
I don't believe most PCS ship with serial ports anymore. If you were
interested, you could use a USB to serial adapter (this won't work if
you're booting speakup with a serial synth), or I believe there are PCI
cards you could get. Either way, the USB to serial adapter would be
fine. Serial has a much slower rate than USB, so there will not be any
performance issues.
