[nfbcs] Moving around in SQL Server

I am using SQL for Server 2005, and Jaws 15.
If I am editting my query, which I started by typing control-n, and I need 
to go back to the database screen to check a dataname, how do I switch 
between that screen and my query?
Now, I am feeling around the screen with the Jaws cursor until I find a word 
in the screen where I want to go, and routing my cursor there using the 
braille display or a Jaws mouse-click, but I'm thinking there must be an 
easier way.
