[nfbcs] Devices for GPS

I think we are mixing two different topics here.... one is data plan and
another is GPS data.    To get GPS data you don't need any data plan or 3G
or 4G or WIFI connection, the GPS receiver of the device just reads data
from the GPS satellites.

Now.... once you get the geo data from the gps receiver.... then the
question is "what" to do with that data, and then if you want to do
something useful with it without using internet or data plan then you need
an App that has offline mapping features. Some of them do and in a previous
email you got some recommendations. I believe you pay for each "map" you
need.
